We went to the store multiple times requesting them to do a site visit for dishwasher installation but they never did. We reminded them over call, Whatsapp and in-person at the store. The store manager kept saying they will send someone, that they are busy with audits right now. We waited for several months and just got a Bosch dishwasher from a responsive and responsible store in Kanpur.

Bad Customer relationships

Never ever buy any Ifb product from this ifb store. There manager and boys are to rude and don’t know how to deal and They commit some thing and don’t fulfil and afterwards send defective peice and from last one week no came to Instal. Such a poor service. Will never recommend anyone to buy any thing from here. Just below 1 star.
