The name has only electronics, there were no emergency light or inverter connection. Whole showroom was in dark. No arrangements were made by owner for lights. We use own phone torch to see the products. Also, the price range is too high. Better you can purchase online.

This is a big sized electronic appliance shop dealing in retail sales of such appliances of various famous brands. The shop is two storeyed located just before Vijay Nagar square. On ground floor various furniture items are sold and first floor is occupied by electronic items. Good store having variety at reasonable prices.

The staff is very rude and unsupportive to the customers..... the prices are very high as compared to the other stores like reliance store and smile store ..... even the prices are very high as compared to the online stores like amazon or flipcart... the richa electronics overcharge the customers ...

Deals in furniture and electronics CSD options are available here..still lack of options for certain products.

I have bought a dinning table of 42000/- and its coated practice of marble got cracked I informed them within 10 days of buying product they made me fool and they kept me telling different things and assured that someone will come at my house and see the fault then solution will be provided then I kept calling they didnt come and not even listening over calls also I visited the store no body is giving attention just ignoring the customer. The worst service I ever experienced.

Horrible service. Cannot trust the words of salesman. Even shop owner behaves totally irresponsibly and arrogantly after the money has been paid. Purchased one Loyd split AC on 4/4/17 and was assured installation by next day but even after 4 days installation is not done despite repeated calls. To top it all they talk very rudely once the money has been paid. So dont trust their words.
