First time visit. But really having a nice experience from there. Staff is so good at their work. Naushad n Rekha mam attend me. They done really a fabulous work. Like to visit again.

Their haircut is good. But everything else has gone down in quality. Especially dont get any manicure, pedicure or nail services done. They are a disaster. The facial quality has also gone down considerably.And the worst part is that they are not concerned to make it better. Its sad to see such great salon go down.

Very bad peoples worst the girl sitting on the reception is like she dont know anything she even dont know how to talk how to deal 1st they are not going to tell you wht they are going to do if u will ask na than also they will not tell u properly after that they will do anything and take soo mch money... example today i asked for D tan ..and they have done clean up also without asking me and at last at the billing time they tell me that we have done clean up also soo u have to give 1000 ra of clean up .. Kalyanpur brach is the worst

Staff is good in behaviour and some are very good at their work. They listen to what you need and sometimes suggest you the best option. Hair cutting is at a reasonable price but different treatments may seem to you costlier. Since this is an unisex parlour, it may be visited by your whole family.

Please use tissue paper or paper towel for wiping off the foam from face specially in this pandemic its important. Please do not use face towels.Rest..Vlcc rocks

The experience of saloon was beyond my expectation. It was just amazing. I really liked the professionalism of the employees. Especially Mr. Naushad. He has done a tremendous work with ny hair. Very bad experience, I went vlcc on Saturday only previous week. They have suggested me hydra facial according to my skin analysis and after that they said for better experience please take butter facial for your skin its provide more hydration to your skin. Cost is too high, its my first experience so I tired . But after one or two days my face become very dry, I have to use moisturizer all the time and my face become dull also. Guys please make sure before going vlcc.

My experience here was not great. I did smoothing on my hair in November.. After the first wash at salon my hair was good. But after second wash at home the top layer of the hair at the back of my head became frizzy. My hair doesn’t feel soft like how it should be after treatment. This is not the first time I did smoothing on my hair. Now after two months only bottom part of my hair are nice and straight but the rest of my hair look just the way they were before treatment. I would not recommend this place.

I had hair smoothening at this vlcc, it was good experience Hrithik and shreya was good and professional as well.

My experience was quite good with Reena. But the thing is payment portal was not good. They are charging 2 percent extra with debit card. While asking they were not answering in the reception. They calculated this percentage manually before charging while it is to be deducting from machine only. They are charging extra with card payment by their own rate. They manually created their rate. Lack of knowledge in the counter.....

I have visited after lockdown with great fear, but after reaching there I saw that there are lots of precautions obsessed for sanitization.evry person is completely sanitized and all employees are wearing safety equipment.Both hair and beauty services are quite excellent.
