I bought ford ecosport trend+(Disel) in 26th May 2016 from delhi ford and taken ford preferred Insurance. But noticed nothing any benefit of this.My car registration number is DL12CJ8357. I am going my sisters wedding in Kanpur at 4th Dec2019. But on taj expressway(Agra to Lucknow) suddenly near Talgram(Kannauj) my cars tyre got burst and my car went uncontrolled , consequently it collided with the divider and got damaged. after accident We went Sumpun Ford.After seen my insurance IDV value(6lakh) they told me estimated cost of rs. 5,57,000 But they given estimated(higher estimated of rs. 6,17,000 to insuracd (Bharti Axa) which They did not informed me. I also noticed that They intimated to insuracd (Bharti Axa) after 4-5 days.This was my first car. they fully played with our emotion and They not interested to make this car. Car was good condition. not opened any airbag, not broken any glass But they declared as total loss.His GM(Workshop) also confirmed that They given highest estimated over phone and rudely behaved with me and told me that They sit only for businees and told me that take your car in Delhi for better repare. I was very disappointed with GMs behaviour.Without making anything they given charge rs. 30,000 (3% estimated charge + parking charge) to me. after lot of discussion They taken of rs. 14500.

Worst service output I have faced in last 12 year experience including Maruti, Ford & Hyundai.There was clutch work. Clutch was tight so need replacement it was done properly no problem in clutch.Main problem faced which is not expected after any service.Car can not climb 5-6 feet slope.How anyone can use car in such condition?.How such a big mistake done by service center.

There was the proper safety precaution and service was full satisfied

Excellent workmanship genuine parts and very well managed.the best part is that the service people do not unnecessarily change parts to increase bills. Very honest and competent technicians as well as service engineers. Wish all vehicle agencies were equally honest
