Its a Good Gym equipped by all the Necessary equipment with Modern Facility needed in Todays Time. I would Say Its better to lift weight and run rather roaming in Hospital Invest in your health.

A very well maintained gym..trainers have been very good till now..more so they show concern towards ur diet too which i feel is very good..afterall exercise n proper diet go hand in hand..looking forward to continue with Retro Gym.
