Kanpur office has been shifted form Mall road to bada chauraha. but they have not updated the address on goggle yet. Also customer care number is always busy.

Last 70 days already passed.. But no response from customer...... Worst customer care... Please dont buy otherwise you will cry later...

Very bad experience , visit many times office always close and pnb MetLife very bad I never suggest to anyone to buy any pnb MetLife policy

I had freelook my policy on 8 February 2017 still I have not got my money back. And moreover policy was issued on 25 January 2017 but the policy bond was not received yet.
