The restaurant service and the quality of food is not special. Ambience can be made better. The prices of the food doesnt match with the quality. Prices are way higher. Crockery was not clean properly. Tissue paper was available after demand. Staff management was also not good. I would rather choose some other restaurant in the vicinity next time.

I have been a frequent visitor to this place for long enough to realise that thier quality of food has deteriorated faster than F1 car in just a months time. Today I visited stone with my family and ordered chicken tikka masala along with other dishes and soups. Everything this was good except flies who kept disturbing us which we complained about but it fell on deaf ears. So we had to finish our dinner in presence of these uninvited guests (flies I told about earlier). But the BIGGEST TURN OFF was CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA it was smelly. It smelled like stale rotten chicken.And what makes things WORSE AND HORRIFYING is that the staff had the courage to serve that smelly chicken. Though they tried to hide that smell of chicken with liberal use of spices and flavours but the smell was so strong that it stood out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I WOULD SUGGEST NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. BECAUSE ULTIMATELY YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES WILL SUFFER AFTER EATING THIS KIND OF FOOD. Rest it is upto you to decide.

So it was a rainy day today and me and my colleagues decided to have something indian and this restaurant was our saviour in this heavy rainfallsince it was our lunch time and we were desperately wanting to have something heavy and with an Indian flavourso we ordered●garlic and normal naan●Handi paneer●dal●baked veg● sizzling brownie with vanilla ice creamEverything was superb and the taste was ossummy favourite was Handi paneer and brownieI bet no one can serve this kind of brownie in our town this was the best brownie I had in kanpurThere was no such drawback but the service was a lil bit late

The manager here (who I think is named Raymond?) is a stellar example of quality customer service, and was a person who made me and my coworkers feel valued during our times here. He really went the extra mile to get to know us and help us out. The rest of the staff are also attentive, patient, and friendly. It really feels like Im visiting friends when I come in the door.

The Indian dishes are made to the perfect taste. Fine ambience and courteous staff.Although, payments are a problem. The restaurant stays in a sparse network zone and it is difficult to transact with POS machine. No other form of cashless payment option available. Management should work on getting this fixed. In other respects it is a very delightful place for a meal.

They have a variety of options to choose from. Its a part of the status Club Resort and the location is also good. The food they serve is awesome and the quantity is also good, but I found the charges little high.

Quattro formaggi of course means four cheese, and traditionally those four cheeses include mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, and a fresh creamy cheese such as Robiola or Stracchino.But at Dhuaan it means pizza with MAGGI😄😄Horrible service, they discourage card payment, took 30 minutes to pay by card, had to walk to another restaurant to pay.Staff is most inattentive. More interested in watching TV than serving guests.Pity to see such horrible service coupled with delicious food.

I visit Kanpur and this is my favorate place to chill. Stone is part of Status Club in Kanpur which in my opinion is the best place for food in Kanpur a wide variety of Indian and International cuisine served here.
