Best place to stay. Accomodation is so cool and relieving all rooms are well furnished feels like a millionaire.

Its an luxurious and nice place to stay. Accomodation is like you are in 5 star hotel.

The stay was amazing, rooms were spic and span, staff were cooperative, ambience was soothing and complete value for money. Recommended.

Basic amenities like wifi, water (in the washroom, room service, issue resolution speed) were ABSENT in the PRESEDENTIAL SUITE. (cant even imagine how horrible the regular rooms might be in terms of basic hotel service. In case you feel like burning your cash? Feel free to visit this classy hotel where you get the menu but cant even order coz the kitchen is under maintenance. Where you get the wifi access but cant surf the net as the wifi is under maintanence.Also, you dont even get an ash tray, water bottles or extra coffee/sugar sachets and the bell boys dont ever bother to clean out the garbage from your room.So, overall? Id say that if youre okay with all these issues and have about 5,000 bucks to spend just to sleep somewhere, then sure check in anytime you like.P.S. I HATED MY STAY :)Regards,Abhinav

Food is super expensive.5 star hotel cannot match with price versus quantity comparison. Geyser stopped working in the middle of having bath during end of December period. I would personally not prefer to stay again there. Breakfast not available until 8.30. I got it at 8.30 on special request. Though reception guys told 24 hours food service available.

Bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms. Its more of guest house than hotel.Room is heavily upholstered, but thankfully it didnt trigger any allergies.Room size is quite small. It barely fits the queen size bed

Location and service was good but not upto the mark as per their prices for food and stay are too high lik 5 star hotel. Its moreover lik an advance oyo room. Very limited options in menu , bathrooms shared between two rooms not worth staying.

The hotel is excellent with premium quality rooms and food. However one should know two things about this property, which are basically its only bad point. One the parking space here is not big and you will face problem at times and second is that the food price here is quiet high.... if you book a room of ₹2500 and if u have dinner and lunch here for 2 people then you would be paying ₹1500 more..... Its locality is nice and is in posh location so facilities are all available.

Stay was comfortable, rooms are well appointed... small though And artwork inside room might not be soothing to eyes, more than one can imagine. Food quality is nice.... very expensive though. Not at all comfortable for this expensive food, even if the cost is taken care by company. Washroom are neat and clean, again very small.... Comfortable stay but not value for money.

Rooms are good and well maintained. on check-in day i had some issues in the room provided as balcony was unsafe, on complaining the same they upgraded my room instantly. Wi-Fi connectivity has some issues as signals are week inside the room. hotel seems to be an appartment converted in hotel rooms. staff behaviour is good and well mannered. in-room dining facility is available round the clock but with limited options and overpriced items. Overall good hotel and in posh colony of Kanpur.

Hotel was nice, it was clean and service provided was good. They should just update their room menu as they provide many other dishes apart from the menu which is provided in room. Plus they should also inform guest upfront that the railway station dropout starts from 8:00 am so that guest leaving early will not get surprised

Just returned from my trip & experienced lot of issues this time. Issues are mentioned as below -1) Food quantity is not worthy as per the prices of the dishes.2) There is maintainance issue in the hotel - there is dist in the almirah, on the mirrors & tables situated in the room. It was not clean & dust particles are felt in the air all over the room.3) No proper informations were delievered from the staff - the card swapping machine was not working at the time of check in & it was not working by time of check out as well due to situation there but it was not at all informed in advance for the same.4) prices of room upgrade & for food are too high specially for the food as mentioned above the quantity serve was too less.I stayed there 3 times but after this trip decided to never choose this hotel for future.

This is a wonderful hotel. I recommend this hotel for stay. However when We checked out the towels which got stained by hair color, they charged us for the same. Very unprofessional in terms of hotel industry. Never happened the same in any five star hotel

It was a decent hotel, was their for a night only and just came late night at the hotel so I can recommend this hotel to others, but if u r travelling by car so they dont hsveuch parking you need to park ur car on the main road but the security takes care of that also. Breakfast was good with limited veriaty and served in the room, so order one time so that u can enjoy the breakfast. Overall good to stay

One of the best small hotels i have stayed at. The staff was very courteous and very accommodating. The rooms, bed linen, bathroom linen were super clean. The food served was tasty and sumptuous.

This is a newly built and rather converted property from a 4 bhk home to hotel, hence it is superb and every floor has a skmmon dinning and sitting area for some good times outside room. Quality of the room and amenities are proper, however some can find space a bit concern. Else it is superb.

Really good hotel with modern amanities. The rooms are like service apartments but spacious! The only bad thing is shared bathroom in few of the rooms which no guest will prefer. Staff is friendly and the hotel is safe even for solo women.

Hotel is located in a posh area, Swaroop Nagar, it used to be an apartment which is being converted into hotel. Rooms are clean and have all amenities. Breakfast is delicious and served at room itself.

I liked the hotel very much. Service wise 10/10. Room wise 10/10. location - 10/10. They have common dinning room and living room on every floor And i like this concept. They provide us complementary drop to railway station. Highly recommended. If you visit kanpur... must visit this hotel.. uh forget to go your home 😅😅.

It is good place for family and friends food was good,one should try if you are in swaroop nagar , kanpur but still I am giving three 🌟 because the service was very poor as we have our company party over here and we have to wait for food for long time which was not at all good as most of the guys were enjoying the moment and there was no starters for long time ... Then while having food again there was no one to monitor food is there or not...
