Sand outside our tent was best part. Other resort didnt had that extra factor. Kids played on that. Event performer at night gave their heart out. Dinner was good. Breakfast could be better by including seasonal fruits. We sat on Chairs outside tent till midnight. They gave Mini jeep ride to tent.

It’s an awesome place, very near to the Sand Dunes & the property is just beside the main road. Apart from the services and the food (which deserves a 5 star rating undoubtedly) the behaviour of the staff was too good. Great hosting & hospitality.Thanks a lot for making my trip a memorable one.

Dessert visit was good & night culture program was also very nice. Food quantity is good but not that much tasty. Need to improve food taste. We came back to our resort after 10 : 00 pm.

Had an amazing experience..Mr bhutaram ans his team is fabulous in terms of hospitality. Venue is perfect and so are rooms and services. Jeep Safari and camel ride are must to do . In the evening they have cultural program which stands out. Overall an amazing experience and I will come back for sure .

Very amazing stay. Hospitality was up to the mark and the food was also very good. We went to Thar desert for dune bashing and camel ride and it was also an amazing experience. Overall, the state was very worth it although there was a major technical glitch because of which I was supposed to be given non AC room but Sultan resort person upgraded it to the AC one.

If looking for some hassle free stay than this is the place. Staff there are very well trained in their work, anything you want they are there to help you out. Awesome food made by Chef wit lots of variety to choose from also the Accomodations and activities were well planned by the resort. Must visit place with the family or solo.

My stay at the Sultan Resort turned out to be the best part of the trip to Jaisalmer. It was an excellent break that i needed from the busy work life.Ill try to breakdown my review into the relevant points that we all look into before selecting any property for the stay.Location of the Property: The Location of the resort for me is apt as it is situated just near to the highway itself. You can easily reach and spot the resort without any Google Maps or any other directions. Reaching here was easy. This for some can be a breakpoint too as it is not adjacent to any dunes which are around 1km away.Hospitality: This is what i believe made it stand out. Right from the beginning we were received very gratefully by the Manager Mr.Bhutaram who despite of no reservations made us go through all the different room categories and gave a spot discount inclusive off all safaris and rides. He time to time made sure all his guests were happily occupied and did not face any issues. Also he was very friendly to talk to in terms of exploring Jaisalmer better. Kudos to him for managing the resort for more than 3 years now.Ambience: The property is clean and well maintained. The whole atmosphere in the night was relaxing and calm with stars glazing just above you.We chose the Non AC room as we knew that the weather would be cooler in the night. The room was also mostly clean with clean linen and beddings. We really liked the whole setup. The washroom was also clean with basic toiletries provided.Food: Food options were limited as only traditional Rajasthani food was served in the evening. But since this is what we came here for we actually liked it. Evening snacks were also good but can be improved. Breakfast was also good. An option of fruits could be added.Services and Activities: Camel ride, welcome drink, Evening snacks, tea, dinner and breakfast are included in the package. The manager on request accommodated us with other people who were interested for Jeep Safari. This way it got us cheap. The camel ride is short though which can be extended on extra charges. The cultural program was amazing and bought to us the vibe of Rajasthan that we were looking for. Amazing singing and dancing artists whose performance were mesmerizing.

My experience with Sultan resorts was very bad. Its not worth spending 3000/-per room. The room size is okay but there were not clean and hygienic, at all ...I asked them to change the bedsheets, plus there were lizards all over the room and the bathroom.They dont even provide the basic amenities like toiletries, towel or even kettle. Also they were refusing for the free camel ride for some invalid reason. Dinner was also average, we didnt even stayed for the breakfast. Overall the experience was not good, its best to come at Sam village in the evening around 4pm and go back to Jaisalmer after the camel ride and Jeep Safari. Theres no point spending the night, unless you want attend the cultural Rajasthani dance performance
