Worst courier service Ive ever seen till now. I had very bad experience from DTDC ,Stadium Complex,Kannur. There is a lady who dont give value for customers. Wont give any proper information and also does not have a basic manners to deal with customers. A courier for me was send from Maharashtra and till now Ive not got delivered. Its been 2 weeks till today from date of dispatch. When i enquired in this office they are not giving a proper information. And the behaviour of the staffs are very pathetic towards customers. Worst courier service ever.

Very very bad service, the DTDC kannur service. I asked them where my package has reached, they told it is delivered in Delhi. It was to teach Kannur, Taliparamba. When i track the oackage via DTDC tracking website, it says reached Taliparamba. These guys who are working in DTDC kannur looks like they are just getting paid for not doing their work. Shame!!!

I wanted to a small box very urgently, between a distance of 100 km, so they told me to choose dtdc plus, so I choose that and paid 500rs *, cause I wanted it to very fast, again I repeat distance was 100km, kannur to kasaragod, it took fknggg 5 days to reach the destination, and if tries to talk with, rude as hell, unprofessional ka baaap

These people are not delivering items to the specified place, if u complaint they will return the product back to the sent address.

A little difficult to spot their office in the building as it is situated on the ground floor of the building. Except that, everything else is perfect. Courteous and knowledgeable staff and management.

What a pathetic service they provide. The lady who received the call is bloody rude and seems to be not interested. She has no basic courtesy nor patience. She hung up and was very very rude. I wonder how she even got hired. Looks like customer care is not her forte. How sad these kind of women even have jobs in a field where they need to be polite and should be able to speak basic English. I called her thrice , she hung up and never picked. I hope the owner reads this and apologies to us or others. Such a disappointment.

They refuse to deliver my shipment and update all kinds of lies on their tracking website. They even returned my shipment to sender because I was unable to go and collect it.Extremely rude. Will never deal with them ever.

My friend sent a card as light courier, even though they were charged 200 rupees for that. After 8 days no updates from them. No contact no. Available, Somehow got a no. Of Kannur office, I called up asked about my courier they said it’s there at parakkandy office and gave a contact number, I have tried several times they were disconnecting the call or not picking!!If you guys wants to send any item as courier, send via any other services rather than this f&@& DTDC. Anyway I’ll try to contact them again!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very dissapointed with the service they provide. My package was supposed to be delivered directly to my home which is only few minutes away from their office. But still they resisted to deliver it directly to home.Even in this situation where people are supposed to sit at home , my mom had to go to his location and pick it up . Really bad experience .

There is more than one warehouse in the kannur city itself. Make sure youre in the right place. And youve to go to the warehouse and pickup the package doesnt make things easy at all.

One of the very bad franchisees of DTDC. They never deliver a packet at your home in the city. Only shops and establishments get door delivery. Other people are asked to reach their office and collect the item IF YOU WANT. DHL is best service in the area. I had many experiences with both. DHL has a delivery van which tours entire routes delivering and collecting each day. I asked the DTDC people why? The reply: They are charging cheap. But with heavily paid air cargo from domestic and international bookings face same problem. Keep away and ask your senders to opt for India Post or DHL. You have assured delivery then.

While tracking it was found one parcel addressed to me has reached on 27 may 16 and till now (30 may 16) 1900 hrs even my address is only 1.5 to 2 km from their office at Kannur . When called for inquiry the staff /deliveryman are not responding customer friendly. So I regret to mention here that the service of DTDC Kannur branch is very very POOR ! DTDC officials may take some strict actions and make sure that Kannur branch people will deal customers with respect and also do their duty properly

I REALLY LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COURIER.THEY NEVER BRAG, ITS TRUE.

Try to avoid DTDC if sending to Kannur, the people over here are totally arrogant and they dont bother to even call the customer once the parcel has arrived. They are busy with their commercial goods delivery and give 0 value to normal deliveries.So if you have a choice, avoid DTDC kannur. I used to use DTDC most of the time, in Bangalore and other places and the experience was great and the employees over there were totally professional, but NONE of these is true for this branch( Kannur). Hopefully DTDC officials will take some strict actions and make sure these people will treat customers with respect and also do their job properly.

Worst service....irresponsible and arrogant staff. The Land line telephone does not exist. No mobile number available. A letter sent from Bangalore on 12th June, not yet delivered. The lady, it seems that she is in charge of the Kannur Office, does not know how to behave and how to deal with the customers. Abstain from availing the service if you expect quality in service.
