One of the best restaurant in kannur town. Maintains good hygiene. This restaurant has been there in kannur for so long and its still famous. The butter chicken is my favourite there. The butter chicken curry was actually filled with loads of butter which I have never seen in any restaurant there. Prices are also affordable. Good customer service too.

One of the best in town. Reqular to this place,They have got 2 floors of Non AC and one floor of AC.You wont regret going here. They never disappointed us regarding taste and quality.You ll get clean, dry and super warm plates, where you ll mark your first impression. And this is something I really appreciate. When we get that super hot plate, we can assure that we are gonna eat our food in a 99.99% clean plate.

Ordered biriyani as a takeaway here. Food is good. I wouldnt personally recommend to dine in here because of bad smell outside the restaurant. The restaurant and nearby businesses should really contact the corporation to do something about the sewage smell. It is very off putting.Digital payments are accepted. I paid using Google Pay.

To be honest, cool land was my favourite restaurant in Kannur. Thought of not giving less star but it is the 3rd time iam getting food which didnt meet my expectation. 2 times I ordered grilled chicken, both times it was too much spicy. It seem to be spicy because it was not that much grilled. So I was able to feel the spices quoted on the chicken. First time when it came out like that, I thought it has happened once in a while so didnt give any review. But second time also same thing got repeated. 3rd time I ordered chilly chicken but it didnt have that flavour in it. Tasted like some other normal chicken dish. So too much disappointed.

Food is good. Soothing ambience. Old & Senior staffs are very cheerful & polite but lower staffs are a bit expressionless. Only major drawback of this place are the chairs. Good to see & sit but high possibility for your or neighbours fingers to get jammed between the arm rests. Food is a safe bet to bring your guests. Adequate parking space also available unless there is some function at the Hotels hall.

The staff are elderly, and are very cordial in their approach. The place is okay, parking is not - with just space for two cars up front.Mutton Soup here is quite good.

I had a mutton biriyani today. Rice was good but the mutton was so hard that i couldnt have a single bite. I had the same experience before. When i mentioned this to the guy over the parcel counter he told that he cant give any guarantee for mutton.

Visited on 20may19 for dinner with my sister around 2030hrs/the waiter seemed totally uneducated/arrogant/rude and very inhospitable just because we did not know malayalam//we were so disgusted we ordered few dishes had a few spoonfuls paid for it and left the rest and got out to avoid further embarrasment//kerala is a lovely place and the people are very nice//please dont this waiter mar the reputation of kannur//we went to other places/ogdens/wheat house/mvk next door all were good except cool land///thanks

The cool land is a sister concern of MVK restaurant and both of them are opposite to each other on the Pillayar koil Road. Herealso the served items include Chicken and mutton Biriyani and various items prepared from Mutton and Chicken. This reataurant has a seperate section for cool drinks and is ideal for visiting with children.The infrastructure facilities are limited and it poses problems at times when large groups visit the restaurant.
