This is a part of Sumel Business Parks towers. There are total 5 towers named Sumel Business Park 1 to 5. Every tower is of five floors and mostly cloth merchants occupied this place. They are selling from plain cloth to ready to wear cloths and from ethnic to modern wear. There are also wholesellers who distribute material to almost every part of India. This place is just behind new Cloth market.

Good complex for cloth merchant...There are Manufacturer and wholesaler, supplying cloths throughout India. Security and cleaniness is good and if you are a clothing merchant its a definitely a place to go..Cause you get to by from the manufacturer itself

The location is great. The business seems to be bustling, there are a lot of big dealers here. But on the flip side, the maintenance is pathetic. There are Pan marks all over the complex walls, the toilets are dysfunctional, stingy and unhygienic and the lifts are unreliable. But it still a great market in the area.
