Usually crowded for reading news papers. Situated just opposite to Vaidhyuthi Bhavan, KSEB. And near to coffee house at caltex junction.

The district central library is situated opposite to KSEB vydhyuthi bhavan. It has good facilities for visitors.

Its kind of an old library. You really have to dig if you need a good book. Also kind of messy in there. Overall its OK.
