Pathetic service by service personal .... never again.Atleast handle the components carefully, dont touch the circuits with bare hand, already one of my 2 gb ram damaged by carelessness of the service personal. Be carefull when you your desk top or lap for service. Wont trust again. PLS DO NOT DAMAGE A CUSTOMERS PRODUCT.Your service personals at Digicare needs to re trained.

Very bad after sales service process.Staffs are well behaved but the way they handle the service query is very pathetic and slow. May Be they dont have a proper service management process. Even after furnishing details related to system issues they did not followed proper attention to the same.my laptop was brand new and just 1 month old brought from computer care itself, issue was related to system getting hanged and slower. Instead of checking the software/ internal hardware system, the team replaced my keypad as a solution for this. How is this even possible? What is the logic behind this.? Service team tried to deliver the system by not even checking the basic reason of the system issue. I had to explain the case again and again over a call and then by going directly to the service centre.Still waiting for the system issue to get resolved. Its been almost 1 week..

Spacious multi floored center.Servicing- Though i trust their quality, they have isolated mistakes with my products in the past but very rare. Some simpler issues seems to be charged high overall, Google has helped me fix such issues myself these days.Sales- Decent range of products on display for a quick buy. They have also arranged specific models after few days as requested.Reception- Dedicated staff, attends always. Calls back when servicing is complete without reminders.Overall professional and recommended.

Very poor service I have ever seen.The lady staff were behaving like goons.the working printer were given for periodic service after reaching service station they told that it is not working.they are changing goods parts and replacing the old.they are looting us in every manner.

Yesterday I have been to this place for getting a laptop. My budget was around 90-100k. When I was deciding to a laptop which would serve my purpose for the next 8-10 years, the sales person in turn said to us that, whatever pc you decide to buy, you have to change it after 2 to 3 years probably as the technology is going to upgrade. So you dont have to spend time to decide over the design and features so much. Is this the kind off marketing strategy people follow these days. Me being a Business development manager for the past 6 years, I never heard this kind of sales strategy.

Something is wrong. What ever electronics items you purchase from here will have some defects. This is my personal experience as well as experience told by my friends. I had brought a tablet i ball from here it had a small dot in the display. since it was under warranty they replaced the display. now the screen is reddish and is out of warranty. all this happened with in 2 yrs of purchase. One of my friends brought a DELL laptop from here display was not working within a few months. I had brought a mouse for my laptop it stopped working within a few months. Most of the computer shops in Kannur are not reliable. We cant say whether they are selling first class products or products with minor defects at discounted prices

Its a good shop i found in kannur. i tried to repair my laptop from several shops and they asked me to change motherboard. but it was serviced with some minimal cost and perfectly working for the last one and half year.
