Sylcon has been my first priority since my college days. it has never failed to surprise me with its collections. and the staffs are remarkably well behaved since day 1! i recommend it to everyone who asks me a place to go buy slippers!

Even though They provide attractive salary for the employees,The employees has to stand for around 12 hours in their outlets and suffer in the long run (theres time for tea and lunch in middle ).In the interview they said the timing was from 9.30am to 9.30pm but none mentioned about the constant standing in the work.The timing is relative to different outlets and can differ though the duration is 12 hours.

Bad quality products sold here. Buyers beware.

I visited Cylcon corporate office for an interview (12/01/2021), the interview time was from 12 noon to 5 pm, a total of 750 people were given tokens for the interview that day and it was close to 600. I took my interview at 8 pm, a primary interview as soon as I first received the biodata Could have been done and sortedIf so, the interview could have been completed earlier

Line up candidates who say they have a vacancy, and that too without adequate safety precautions. പക്കാ തോന്നിവാസം. Not Proffessional
