Jamunkhadi zoo is the only one zoo in state 1 of Nepal.Beautiful green environment and it is harmonize by mini lake. People are enjoying and love to ride boat. Lake is not so safe to swim because so many snakes are swimming on surface of water. Some species of wild birds and wild animals are in Cage. Main attraction of zoo is python habitat. This zoo can be use for excursion tour for students .Need some maintenance and make some more attraction at mini lake. Entry gate and outside restaurant should be organized.Hope for good, I think municipal team may know better than me that how to make tourism attraction 😋😊

Park with lots of facilities. You can boat 🚢⛵,there is zoo and fan park for children.

Nice place to visit at Jhapa district

Nature is at its best but the animals were not given best habitat.

Few years ago I was there n I saw lots of birds inside cage and big black bear inside tiny cage too it seems cruelty for all that birds living inside cage and that big bear I wish you guys could do better n someone rescue that bear n let him be in wild.
