Worst after sale service and callous attitudePurchased a wireless router from this shop a year ago i.e 27 Dec 2015,the router was in use till now and suddenly stopped working .I had given the router back to the shop to be replaced under warranty but the shop owner first of all said it cant be taken since there is no reciept,for which i provided them the account statement of my bank from which the payment done after which he reluctantly accepted the router.The router was given to the shop and its been 7 days and there is no response from them ,every time i call they was its sent by courier to EKM service center,7 days and i have no clue on what is happening .Please dont purchase any thing from this shop since this is the after sale attitude of the guy running the shop.
