Visited during corona period.. for upgrading my 3G sim card to 4G.. I didnt wait so long... Upgradation was done within 5 minutes and got my new sim.. service charge of ₹50 was there

Very unprofessional people. Even after making the payments, my services are barred for last 5 days.Now VI wants ME to find out who assisted my payment at thier store and share their contact details with VI customer care for the follow up. I felt it like a joke for asking the customer to find out their employees details. I have even shared the receipt of the bill payment. Company doesnt even trust their employees!!?There is only one lady who understands the system, others are just sitting and asking her for help.I never recommend VI or this store.To continue my review, I have sent some to find out the contact number of this store. They have given a wrong phone number and email id. No responses on both!!! What a fun!!! Are you guys living in stone age.? You can fool someone by giving a wrong/inactive number? Grow up guys!! Pls stop embarrassing people and google about customer experience.Hapless people... God save these guys and vodafone idea...If u want to experience vodafone then port out once.Pls call me once if u have some shame left!
