Very bad service. Dishes were forced on us by the servers, and we had to wait for 45 mins for a single dish. Ambience is good but the service is pathetic.

The place looks very inviting from outside. The service is absolutely horrendous though. The food wasnt great, but for the price you pay, you cant complain.It is very obvious the people behind this place have tried their best to make it special, but have missed out on the essence of a restaurant. Everything, starting from the furniture, lights, crockery, linen, service and operations are so not right for a restaurant.Since the restaurant is located right opposite a mosque, it attracts a very large Muslim crowd. I was very very very surprised to see so many burkha clad Muslim women in the restaurant at night.There is a lot of scope for this restaurant to become a good one, but it all lies in the mindset of the people who own it. But I dont think Ill be heading that way again, after my experience.

Bungalow 47 is located at kanhagad of kasargod district. The restaurent is easily seen from the kasargod highway. They provide different varieties of dishes and main courses at much affordable rate. The restaurant also has a party room and nice play area for the kids. The interior of the restaurent is well maintained and beautiful. The hotel also serves fresh fish.

If you are ever passing through the NH 47 highway through the Kanhagad area this place is a must try ⛔ , Or if arent passing this way its totally worth to drive down to this very fulfilling menu🍴🍱. This is a place where you can just close your eyes and point a dish in the menu. The food is so gratifying. Be it the Kerala cuisine or the Arabic Al-fam or the Biryanis or may be the dessert, each and every dish is lip smacking. To add to this there is Sea Food live counter where the customer chooses his prey and weighed accordingly. It is then cut and cleaned, prepared and cooked to perfection. The taste is mesmerizing. For all the families that visit here, there is kids park between the hotel which should keep the children entertained.

3.2 to be precise. Good ambience - the naalukettu with the simulated rain fountain (though now a cliché) is still nice to sit by. Dinners are best that way, I suppose - lighting has been worked out well.Regarding food, apart from the starters and the sides, our main dish was an Hamour fish tawa fry. They have a live fish counter and Id expected much more. What came in was okayish. One reason for this has to be that the fish is live - so a grilled option suits better than what was suggested (the tawa fry which actually requires some time marinated prior to frying - and which is not an available option with a live fish counter).They have a small kids area. Theres space in a verandah setting and space within the four wall - allows one to choose their sitting. Loads of car parking space. Ive heard a lot of reviewers going on and on about the biryani. Couldnt try that out in this visit.Good for families and friends. Not a great option for single people.

Bungalow 47 is a really cool place to hang out. Its packed with people on weekends and is popular among youngsters and for families trying to have a good time dining out. When I visited the place we ordered manchow soup, gobi manchurian, nan, chicken fried rice, ghee rice and ginger chicken. Theres also live fish and an array of seafood available. We also saw a space for little kids to play. And babies have cradles to lay while the parents eat. It was all good. But the food took more than an hour to arrive which was kind of a bummer. The whole vibe and feel of the place is cool. Hope you dont have to wait as long as I did! 😅

Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 15 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. Server was very friendly and helpful.

I had biriyani with my wife from Bunglow 47.It was really disappointed because the Biriyani was below average. My wife found the change of smell ,i dont know what was the reason behind the smell.Either they cooked yesterdays food or something else.I had a plan to take some sweet after my lunch,but finally i dropped my plan ,as i dont want to take the risk.Please dont see the atmosphere of the restaurant ,if the food quality is not reaching customer expectation,then there is no meanings of visiting the restaurant again.

I swear I never visit again this restaurant, today evening I entered this restaurant and ordered one chicken noodles , chicken manchurian, HotNsour chicken soup, chicken soup was excellent, but noodles and manchurian are not fresh made, foods are not hot when they served us, when I complaint regarding this instead of convencing me they are arguing that foods are fresh made, but I swear on God I never had this kind cold food in my life at this kind of restaurants, list and last thing that they didnt care even regret message when I pay my bill
