I had such a terrible experience at this place that I want to give zero stars but sadly, thats not an option.The owner and sales executives of this store display highly disrespectful behavior especially towards women. They are extremely rude and highly incompetent people who lack basic etiquettes. They are extorting money by damaging laptops.They couldnt repair my laptop rather they damaged it further. They had the audacity to ask for service charge because they spent around 1 hour damaging my laptop. When I asked them to give my laptop back in the same condition as I brought, the owner started demeaning me. When I resisted, their technician started shouting on me and he almost tried physically harming me. I think he thought he could easily scare a woman with this kind of attitude. I managed somehow because I wasnt alone at that time.My feedback in nutshell is, they are extremely incompetent and ill-mannered people who are capable of mental harassment and physical violence. Never go alone in their store or rather never visit their store at all.

Very bad experience i have brought many things laptop, desktops, printers .. inspite of this they didnt give good services. I lost my three printers in 3years due to their services. I wont recommend anyone to purchase anything from here.

I bought a dell Vostro from here around 1 year ago , initially it was good but with time processing got really slow, so i went here to get my laptop serviced and mr sunil there checked and suggested me to get ssd installed into and i followed and i couldnt really believe that it was my old laptop only who had started working like Amazing and every Penny was worth paying, So recommend all of you to visit netcom only for any issue with your laptop or desktop, they are highly talented and will give you the best suggestion as per the possibility.

CHEATERS CHEATERS No.1.I gave my laptop there was problem in charger.They told me you have to give laptop for one day, today we are busy or evening you can get it, I told them before you replace anything please call me, that time they said ok.And after one day when I called them, they told me we have repaired and total price is Rs 1800 and your charger also have problem. When I asked them why you did not call me as I told then say we cannot remember your words, and started annoying. When I went to shop same problem happened with my old charger, and they told me motherboard also had problem. When I asked them what thing you have replaced in motherboard, they were unable to tell anything because they did not open anything.I checked my motherboard, everything was same no new thing was there which was repaired, only same dust was there.Never ever go to these cheaters shop.
