A nice guest house with very friendly staff. A bit far from town center but its also advantage as its very quiet area. The river is dried so there is no real river views. I took an evening walk to that river but nothing special there. The dorms downstairs doesnt smell good.

I am a Saudi and I love the small hotels. This hotel is clean and tidy and nice for a young couple or a child ... just to sleep and sit on a bed and breakfast ... surrounded by trees and rivers close to the hotel and beautiful forests .... for those who want quiet and sleep and safety with less commissioning. .. It lives in it .. And some of the rooms are air-conditioned ... Clean summers for those who wanted to live at 50 riyals per day.
