With so much potential, it felt we arrived on an off day. There are great views from this location and it is a good location to be in town. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately on this occasion the rooms felt unswept or mopped and a little unloved.

Nice place to stay in Kandy with very kind and friendly owners! You should book the Tracking Tour to the Knuckles Range, it was unbelievable! It was our highlight in Sri Lanka. :)

This was a fabulous stay. The owner was very helpful providing travel information and was friendliness personified. We enjoyed spending the evenings on the balcony. The room was spotless and it offers value for money. Can not recommend highly enough. Stay there. Ian Cray. Leicester..U.K.

I came to the place today to have the 3 rooms i have booked already. I reached them around 12:15 and the receptionist was nice and she show the rooms. Then she asked about the number of members and i said her that 6 adults and one 9 years old kid. Then she was agreed to put the kid with two adults in a double bed room.Then i brought my family at 14:00 and the receptionist said me to talk with her boss and the boss(she) said to pay me the cost at rate of 180 lkr per USD but really the exchange rate is 174.53 lkr per USD. After i proved she asked me to pay at 176 lkr and she said to give her extra 10 US dollars for the kid. Even though I tried to explain the matters she refused. The boss spoiled the mind and time of us.So please do not choose this hotel for god sake

Expeditor organised a brilliant trek to the knuckles (one night two days) and I stayed in the hotel for a night afterwards. Good value for Kandy.

The staff was not service minded and we ha a hard time getting some sleep since the bed was hard, uncomfortable and full of bed bugs. Not a pleasant experience.They charge extra for wifi which none of the other places weve stayed in have done here in Sri Lanka.Weve stayed in far better places for the same cost.

Very friendly staff. They have one budget room wich is in ground floor and has a seperate bathroom. Also the room can be bit noisy but we slept very well and seperate bathroom didnt bother at all. Good wifi ä!

Very Pleasant stay,very friendly staff and Very Nice Rooms that are very well priced,breakfast was well presented and tasted good. this is the 5th time we stayed at Expeditor Kandy and me and my Wife enjoyed our stay very much each time.. Also we loved the Well Managed 12xDay Trekking Expeditor Tour that we have done with Mr Suname Bandara Illanganthilake and Definitely would recommend it.... Ohh watch out for those wild Monkeys in the Morning,make sure you have your camera ready.. :)

Great rooms and nice hostess. Breakfast and food on the expensive side. From here you can easily book good hikes at Sri Lanka Trekking (office is under guesthouse). Chadika was our guide, definitely a winner.

We spent three nights on the upper floor of the guest house, had the two double rooms with a spacious living area and a huge roof terrace with a view over the lake to Kandy to ourselves. The hostess is very friendly thatBreakfast okay, most beautifulwas a hike through the Knuckles that we booked through expeditor travel. Our guide Chandika was excellent, personable and knowledgeable, the hike led through tea plantations and rice fields, interrupted by a mountain stream bath and ended with an opulent traditional meal at the table of a mountain farming family. We would stay there again anytime.

We did a two-night, three-day trek in the Knuckles Forest Nature Park. Accompanied by our excellent guide, we crossed the landscapes that we had come to see in Sri Lanka, rice terraces, tea plantations, small perched village, dense forest ... He made us benefit from his diverse knowledge on the fauna and the local flora, allowing us to learn much more about the country, its culture and its traditions. The meals were all excellent, hearty and prepared by benevolent locals always smiling broadly.Excellent experience that I highly recommend.
