These certis courier service is very bad not even worth running this company... I would recommend others companies but not yoursMy first order experience with certis lanka is very poor and you people aint white collar at all. This is an immoral business....Non of the people are there to respond to the bloody call to findout details.. I would recommend other companies not yours .other companies more better than this bloody company. And the workers aint professionals to talk with customers ...They just take the cash and not delivering to the location and asking the customers to come and collect. Plus not respond to our calls, seriously not worth of running this company ....

Completely Disgusting Services from Certis Kandy. Got a Parcel delivered from yakkala and the delivery person was very harsh on me at the moment he arrived at the delivery place, where even the packaging was damaged and was wet. PLEASE BE WISE WHEN CHOOSING THEM AS YOUR DELIVERY PARTNER. Completely Disgusting. ❌

Highly unreliable and inconsistent courier service. They are a subsidiary company to DHL which provides horrendous service. No other way to describe their utter incompetence.
