Stuff has deep knowledge in every single parts of a computer or anything, they dont get bored or disturbed while answering deeply about any electronic gadgets available there.

I wanted to assemble my system, upgrade it by providing parts .One who picked the phone up at first told me they would do it. Then when he heard i am an experienced guy with all the parts provided by me he said no they would not assemble it. Did not give me any reason and cut the phone. I have seen the reviews of rude behavier,they are true.

Worst shop. They dont deserve even one star. I gave my laptop to add a RAM in January 2020. The owners were like we are the doctors of computer and laptops, no worry we will do it , everything is done here. They did the upgradation but spoiled the original keypad of my Dell Laptop. As the owner is known to my dad he couldnt directly say no on my face and had to give me a keypad, that too free. I stay in Pondicherry and was leaving the next day, so, he said he will get the keypad and will courier it to Pondicherry. He sent me the worst & cheapest quality keypad and obviously it was a duplicate one. The keypad had 6 months warranty which got over in July 2020 and bang its September and the keypad isnt working. And the irony is I bought my laptop from them itself. They dont take care of their long term customer and dupe them. And the owner and staff is very rude too.Worst Experience. Dont go to them.

Lekin wo logo n mera cpu 3din k liye rakhdiya.. aur bad m mujhe patha chala ki wo log n mera hard disk change kardiya.. mere cpu m 500 gb ka hard disk tha , bad m mujhe pata chala ki mere computer m bass 240gb ka hard disk installed h.. also behaviour is worst.

Took away my laptop and took too much time and gave me back my laptop without repair.

Price of the products they sale are very high. And behaviour of the owners towards the customers are very rude. If you are not a customer of the shop they dont even bother to hear your problems as I myself experienced the same. Even they also try to sale a old and defective product to me...I like to rate it ZERO. NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Its a butchers shop. Everyones throats are cut here. If the price of each item is higher then GST is imposed on it again. Nice computer from this shop is a very good shop. According to me, you will visit two shops at once, but you will also understand the truth.
