Talking about AMBIENCE, its soothing after a long hectic day you can be here with your friends and family (not on regular basis).....The INTERIOR is of same standard almost and of theme with decent planning....Speaking of SERVICE, the servicemens and womens, they are polite and well trained in marketing tactics.....Lets talk about the PRICES, those are bit high comparing to the items but that can be understandable due to inflation and situations but as days are passing the number of items are getting low, which makes you to choose only between the known products, it will be quite great if they increase few items...Now QUALITY, which i think is degrading OR it might be with me only so Im not gonna say about it much, you must try by yourself and judge....And thats all what i felt being there...

This place serves all the famous delicacies of KFC. My personal favourites are chicken wings and chicken popcorn. Its sad that KFC has discontinued mocktails like Virgin Mojito which I loved.

Usually charges higher(on counter)than the listed price(I would recommend to order on app). They charged 178 for tanduri burger, where as it was listed as 159. French fries are too small sized and soggy . Hot and crispy was a bit raw. smoky red was good.

Ambience and services both are good. but the quality of food compare to other KFC is not up to the Mark.

Nice location of KFC newly opened near kacharapara railway station. Place is clean and neat. Seating arrangements as of now is little less. But there are lot of free spaces and if utilised properly can reduce standing time or seat searching time a little bit during high crowd times. Self service of orders. Crowd is handled well and waiting time is comparatively less. Food is served hot and tasty. For pandemic situation handfree sanitiser available in the entrance. Parking available in front of the place.

It is big, all items are good in test except desserts. Only Crushers are not available till now in this Kanchrapara counter. Staffs are well groomed.

I have one word — utterly disappointing. I remember getting food from here when it was newly opened last year and comparing it to the one I got yesterday, I’d say I’ve watched the quality drop with each passing month. The food is not fresh at all these days and has even gifted me an upset stomach on some days. The taste, too, has degraded. And I’d definitely like to put stress on this — consistency, which they lack. Sometimes the food tastes quite good, and sometimes it feels almost unbelievable that such upsetting food is from a chain like KFC, which has been more of the case lately. Will probably never order anything from here again.

All the buckets are good and testy, Behavior of staffs are nice and quick service. It also does the home delivery.

A awesome place to have snacks, and it is really awesome to be here with your loved once.. price is a bit high but the food is worth the money... Must try there chicken burger 🍔.. chicken wings... They will start crusher after some times, everyone is waiting for it eagerly... Go there and have fun... And they also take care of the hygiene... Sanitizing and thermal screening...

Very clean and hygenic, staff have really good behaviour the only cons of the place are that it is situated in a very busy location and thus there is a little chance that you might have problem finding a parking place. Bad place, stale food, no AC(Ac was on but feels like off), self collect no waiter.... ordered chicken bucket, the chicken had no taste was stale.. the tundoori zinger burger was average, french fries were good .NEW EDIT AFTER 2 WEEKS: Hats off! All of the negative feedbacks are worked on looks like as per my review 3 weeks back, I ordered the same items today. and now all food were good, the chickem bucket, tundoori zinger burgers all were fresg this time and tasted good... continue the good work!

New addition for the people of Kanchrapara that KFC have been opened in the town Kanchrapara with their various ranges of food items at Kabi Guru Rabindra Path beside Vishal mega mart and very close to college more bus stops. Well decorated and furnished with modern amenities. Nice ambience for eating and very neat and clean atmosphere. Staffs are well behaved and gentle to the customer.

Zomato delivery is fast, ordered rice bowl, fried chicken bucket, popcorn, all authentic KFC taste, I hope the red grill chicken is available nowadays which wasnt since I checked them last.

I will list out that how pathetically unhygienic this place is;1. No heed is paid to cleanliness and hygiene.If its so bad during covid then I dont even wantto imagine the havoc they will have after covid.2. Cash/order counters, they have displayed 3 order counters but only one is functioning which automatically paves way for long queues at any given time which makes the customer wait andwaste their precious time.3. No token display board and the kfc people shout like a road side dhaba !! Horrible4. They do not separate veg and non veg food items.5. Super delayed order arrival.
