Very good selection and people , very welcoming people work there. Especially the manager of the shop has very good positive attitude. Always pushing me to go there and purchase. I wish all the very best

Most of the time we wont be getting what model we want.It will be nice if the Sales person (ladies) show more interest in attending customers.Expecting more items available in the shop

Good customer service but latest kids shoes (between the age of 10-13yrs) are not available, otherwise nice place for shopping

Indias best footwear shop.... But Indias worst & lazy workers stayed this shop....i am visit this shop last week and same day gone to same street paragan shop good response and that workers sold 3 food were for me.

Recently I went to bata showroom in search of hush puppies. The shopkeeper said BATA has moved its brand Hush puppies only to metro cities. Really disappointed with this. Ensure that they get those popular high end brand of BATA back to sub urban towns.
