One of the finest and beautiful cafés and restaurants i have come across.This property totally merges with nature.Situated right behind Ivy hospital on airport road.Food is scrumptious and delightful.Staff is soft spoken n courteous.Definitely one must visit and cherish this place.Although the prices are bit on a higher side but totally justifies its cost proportionate to its quality.

The two stars that I have given are solely and strictly for the decor and the ambience. It is a good place for this who wish to just post stories from a fancy place.As for the food, it was highly disappointing. The food when served was cold and unappetising. They need to work on their quality control and for a place that markets itself primarily as a café, it is shameful not to have something as simple as caramel syrup to flavour the coffee.Not recommended for food. If you wish to hang out in a lush green environment, be my guest.

Elgin Cafe Amritsar has set a new benchmark for hospitality in the city. They are very strategically located near the airport and the city.Ambience - 5 stars for the ambience. they are the best looking space in the city. indoors is classy and plush while outside is set with different vibes in different zones. The layout and design is amazing and the outdoor bar is my favourite spot.Food - the food is very well balanced and the quantities are very good value for money.Elgin cafe is a must visit when you make a trip to Amritsar.

Overall outdoor ambience was awesome, but in in these days of summers i suggest dine in indoor. But Good place to visit.

Ended up at this cozy cafe while in Amritsar. They have a good range of varieties of Indian, western foods, and dessert options! We had amazing Indian and Western food along with desserts. The food was scrumptious, and the staff was super attentive!!

I can see a few people spamming the Business reviews, Google should take strict action against such people who try to malign a business due to their petty issues in these tough times.The restaurant is too good for the services they offer. The staff does their best to make your visit comfortable and memorable.Mr Kavish is gem of Person and goes out of his way to ensure anyone visiting the cafe take good memories back with them.Do Visit and see for yourself, without any second thought. I went to Elgin last saturday. We had food over there. Our entire group of 5 members had severe stomache and loose motions after that. Its been already 3 days and we are still ill. This has happened to us in 2 out if 3 visits in the cafe. We ordered different items in all visits. Seems like the food they gave is not prepared in hygienic environment.

Great place to sit in the open..u r wow over by the artifacts tactfully placed...the ambience is mesmerizingbut they definitely need to train their staff the right words to interact ..its okie not to know English...but the body language of the staff n the words they use are beyond my hospitality experience...ordered a Margherita pizza which had to served with basil ,tomatoes and an extra topping ..which they did remember but the core product ..basil they forgot and the staff attitude is take it or leave it kind...the food is below average ..the liquor option is limited ..so overall the wow factor goes down when the real purpose of eating out is not fulfilled...

I went to Elgin Cafe in the month of March and there I ordered Chicken Tandoori, you will not believe, as soon as I placed my order, I got Chicken Tandoori within 25 minutes very fast service when I When asked the name of the boy who did the pickup, he told that the name of that boy is Abhishek Kumar, very good service.

Best Place to be in town. Amazing food , amazing ambience. Arrange a nice Birthday table at a very short notice, which was amazing.Our server was Mr. Deepak, gem of a person, had very good knowledge about the menu and suggested appropriate dishes as per our requirement.If you are in Amritsar, it is not a place to miss.

It seems to be the happening place in town. The decor and the natural greenery are the best part. The food is OK. But can they please turn down the volume?? This is an issue Ive faced every single time Ive visited. And they dont listen when you request them to reduce it even a bit, even on Sunday lunch. Best part - the dj console is so high up that he will never see how painful it is listening to ear splitting music and not being able to chat with friends at the table. Chaos is what it ends up feeling like. It would be fantastic if they turn it down a few decibels so that people can actually enjoy themselves. Everything else about the place is so nice.

Pathetic service! We just had food and drinks just now. The server dropped a whole glass of wine on my father in law. His blazer was drenched and so is his trousers. We asked for the manager to come and waited for 20mins, but he didn’t come. According to the server he was the captain and he asked the manger to come, but no one didn’t. There was also a manager-like person in a suit (a man with a shaved head) to whom we complained while leaving the place, but he tried to brush things up next the carpet.We didn’t want money back, but we expected some courtesy! You really need to learn the basics of hospitality. And I hope the management sees this review! The ambience and good is great, but service is a FAIL.

Rude waitors, when asked to serve food on plates, they bluntly refuse saying its not their job. They constantly ask you to get up and move your table to left or right to accomodate guests. Expensive food but cheap service.
