They promised to deliver the parcel within 3-4 days but it has been 6 days my parcel yet not delivered

DTDC Need to change this vendor... The ratings should be in negative...but two stars for DTDC

Guys trust me, this is the worst outlet of DTDC ever, and DTDC should make sure to close this outlets. My parcel came to there outlet in kamptee, they never bothered to deliver it to me. They never called, just drop one msg yaha hai parcel aake lejana...never mentioned the details also. Kept my parcel in very pathetic condition. Worst service....WORST! WORST! WORST!

Worst experience ever. They literally took 10 days to sent the courier to Delhi and even after that they told me k aapka parcel return aa gaya hai without even confirming from my side. Now here Im, holding my important documents in my hand and now they are ignoring my calls. Worst service.

Worst service ever need to take strict action on closer of this... I send parcel from Pune to Kamptee in 120rs and he is telling 600rs for parcel from Kamptee to Pune even he is not giving number of customer care to take action against him...

Worlds worst service with ZERO customer service or response.a parcel was dispatched on 20 th from Nagpur to Mhow.still not received it.one person from DTDC called me and accused me of not picking up my phone .when I asked him what I could do to resolve the issue as I am in the defence services and cannot access my phone till afternoon he was more interested in knowing why I didnt lift his call.after that call ended he stopped picking my call up.this is not the first time this has happened.dtdc please deliver my package.people please dont use this service as he is the most untrustworthy and unprofessional individual in entire nagpur.go for BlueDart or any other service
