Their charge for the product is good but they will ask u to do an insurance of your product at Rs 400 which will elevate its cost...they will play with your mental stage by telling u that accident may happen anytime, so that if something happens to ur product then company will pay u the original money of the product which is never going to happen..so i have rated it a 3star just for their business strategies...

They are fraud and i have been using dtdc since 3 years as i have my online handmade gift shop which i operate from both Bangalore and Kolkata... This time i tried deliverying a parcel from Kalyani which contained a Passport and they made a bill of 600, 160 special price for passport and 350 for delivery ( i have never paid more than 200 or 250 for any delivery) and 50 for bill and 50 for envelope which i get for 5 rupees. So you can very well understand their looting mentality.Please avoid this Shop

I would say its not as good as Blue dart. Blue dart is the best in my opinion. I am saying this because I have gone to this place to send my parcel to Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The owner said that the shipment cannot be done now as planes are not going to Andaman. Although I went to Blue dart. And they got my parcel delivered within 2days. I am very satisfied.

Very bad attitude from the shop owner PINTU DAS,,he threatened n didnt deliver thn the package got stolen... dont go , its a cheating shop

DTDC COURIER SERVICE,if you are seeing this review, close this shop, the person pintu Das (the shop owner) opened my box , didnt deliver, asking to collect from the shop and very bad language....he gave threat to come to my house and vandalize.....
