No point of taking an appointment as whoever breaks the line wins. Staff doesnt communicate properly and some of them came for work pretty late

The old system of licence renewal on DOB of applicant was much smooth and corruption free.Online renewal is hoax as1. Its time consuming long process2. Its adding to corruption at local police stations3. Ultimately applicant still needs to visit licence branch to complete processStrange calling it online process which adds up applicant to grease palms in name of verification.Hope authorities look into same to improve it to real online process

Sitting in the department 9.45 am no staff no information. Second visit. Last time was sitting for 2 hours. The particular staff not available. On inquiry was told to come again as he was absent that day. Appalling. Is our time not precious?

The only office in delhi police who is ISO CERTIFIED. Very helpful staff and co-operative too.Very well and systemised work and full focus on security too.

The staff seems to be quite organised here.Its advised to reach early, at about 9:30 to find parking easily.

Rubbish people do not tend to work......I had applied for verification of a magazine and declaration 3 months back... they are still to complete their process...

Typical govt. office with rude, disorganized, and unhelpful staff. I reached the office at 9:30 am and was finally done with gun license renewal at 5pm as the server was going down repeatedly.On my previous visit, they closed the counter at 10:00 am and turned people away as they had an internal meeting.
