My worst experience ever. Owner is not at all professional. Didnt reply to any of my inquiry for weeks and when i asked that if i can delete the number then i received a response saying yes. I am not sure why she behaved so unprofessionally with me. I kept my cat in her kettle many times and this time she didnt even have the audacity to reply stating no.I am not going to contact them ever for any pet related work and I will tell all my pet lover friends to avoid buying pets and pet food from them

We had bought a puppy from them. Told them when we want the puppy, they tell us one day before the delivery date that we are facing some issues we will deliver the puppy in the evening. After that they dont receive our calls, not replying to our messages. They said they will be giving it in the morning then they said in the evening, then they are telling us we will deliver it two days later. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If they receive our call they wont listen to us, just said what they had to say and cut the call. These people dont have basic manners. DONT TRUST THEM WITH THEIR NICE BEHAVIOUR IN THE FIRST INTERACTION.

The owner of the shop (Sheldon) is fraud.. hell ask for the payment fist and wont send pets.

Nice shop with all dog pups & pet stuff available in reasonable prices. Owner is knowledgeable and genuine in sharing suggestions on pet care.

A complete pet shop with varieties of accessorize and pet foods and surprisingly even good clothes for pets. A complete pet zone with them providing boarding and training services too. Highly recommended.

I adopted my pet from here and the quality of the puppy was incredible plus while taking my pet was able to buy for him clothes as well as food and accessories as well. Amazing place.
