It wasnt easy to color my henna treated hair. But I simply trusted him and got fabulous results. He is the best hairdresser I have ever come across.

The facial which I did was done wonderfully. I actually felt the face cleanse after it ended. It was totally worth it.The hair colouring tho was a bit disappointment. The guy pulled my hair and wrung it so badly. It was actually hurting me. And to top it all, he washed my hair without giving any towel. My entire back of the top was soaked in water. He did the entire process just for the sake of it. Thats why rating it 3 stars.

Very courteous hair stylist who is very knowledgeable and can give very good suggestions for haircut. Also did very meticulous and neat haircut. My 8 years-old daughter was quite comfortable. The facility is also very clean and spacious.

I had a horrible experience today. I went there for a haircut..I wanted a step cut and wanted my hair to be short. The professional did not pay heed at all..she did not cut my hair..I was apparently given a layer cut..cos this is what she considered would look good on me. I was like ok she knows better cos they are professional. But in the name of layer cut , I was given nothing more than straightened hair and trim trimming also was not done properly. It was like my hair didnt look trimmed or cut at all..length was same. I tried to tell her again and again and again what I wanted..but in vain. Will never go again..I expect more from such a good salon.Basically I was charged more than 420 rs for just straightened hair which I can myself do at home.The other things like eyebrows, upper lip, chin services were good. They are quite reasonable..but as customer we expect the professionals to listen to us and not do what they want.

I booked this place for my engagement makeup , the owner was so dominating first they said that they you pay advance and they will provide demo. When I did not like the demo make-up she forced me to pay 10k just for the demo make-up. Ended up booking the service and regretted later. Fyi to salon people tell the customer in advance that you will charge for demo dont say its free be honest

I am writing this with a heavy heart as I am one of the regular customer of Lookwell and I received a offer message stating 50% off on all the services, though I had done the service of spa, nail art on 23rd Jan thought of availing the 50% off on 29th not even a week. As soon as I entered I asked for same L’Oréal spa which cost me 1100/- + 250/- for length had changed to 1750/- + length which I confirmed with the person sitting in front desk her answer for which was this is rate card of 26th January I told her I have done the same services on 23rd not even a week so why are your rates changed for which the person said it’s because this month products rate is changed I told it’s not even Feb. So I felt that after increasing the rates giving 50% discount is really making fool of the customers. Really disheartening because of this.
