Too expensive and there are no professional nurse . I had a very bad experience I took my grandpa for MRI and CT scan my grandpa cried when he reached hospital and said never ever I want to go on that lab hospital is made like professional but there are no professional staff they charge triple amount but they don’t serve like professional. There should be professional staff who can do MRI and CT scan in ones.

Pathetic... No qualified doctors available..They do not provide reports on time..Talk Language of Goons... Purely Unprofessionals.. Never visit here...

To much costly. Their charges are almost double for everything. Dont know the reason may be they are using machinery which is out of this world. 🤔😜😁

Need urgant basis report but no one provide reports on to doctor or to customer on whats up or on mail in lock down not able to travel family member falls commitment recd from staff we will provide on whats up in two minutes

They charged me 4500 for HRct even though charges are capped to 2500 by government. Covid positive patients visit this centre still there are no any precautions or no covid guidelines followed by staff they only wear PPE kits thats all

Went for HRCT scan today. Complete chaos at the counter, nobody aware of which patient is for what requirements. Nobody is there at entrance to guide. They also perform RTPCR so there are many covid patients next to normal people who came for other reasons. This is clearly exposing them to covid. I asked staff to email/whatsapp report bcoz rush to get the reports again after 2-3 hours will just add up the risk but in this hard time they want to go more physical! So they ask you to come and wait for good 30-35 min without knowing what patients surrounding you! I called continuously 1 hour on the given numbers but nobody bothered to pick call or call back. Since it is your requirement and they have already taken money from you it is your headache!!!KDMC should strictly ban such centers which are exposing lives of Kalyan citizens.

Advanced technologies at very low cost.

Very poor and pathetic service. No hygiene has been maintained during pandemic. Staff is arrogant and non cooperative. I visited the place for CT scan and demanded for the soft copy of the slides and reports for online consultation with my doctor. They denied me my own records by using arrogant language. They charge more than other centres.

These People Never give reports on the Committed time, They Give false commitments which are not at all fulfilled by them Later. Always Technical issue will be the reason they will tell, as if they have got some refurbished or second hand machinery or instruments in their Labs. I wish if there was a Negative rating system as well.

Visited this place for MRI and X-ray twice. Had very good experience. Staff is friendly. They give proper information. MRI Room, X-ray room, CT Scan room all are very tidy, clean, hygienic.

Very worst experience which my family observed today, we did MRI & they informed us on next day you will get reports by 6 PM. My mother called before visiting at center & they confirmed they have reports ready with them. After she reached at Lab they are not able to find reports & they told us that they must give soft copy of observation which we have not received & I recommend to them to check video footage. After multiple follow-ups on call they have decided to print new reports as they didnt able to find it. My mother wait there more than a hour just only to get reports. Such a nice lab with advanced technology will not accept such negligence as a only reports cost us huge amount. Will also going to inform our hospital to not suggest such center which unable to deliver on time which they have committed.

I had a test for my father of Angio CT costing 12000.I haven’t been given the reports after long follow up and also stopped responding to my mobile call asking for the same. Very unhappy with the service.I don’t recommend the lab.

Hinduja Hospital Doctors did not accepted Nutech report, Quality of report is not upto mark, hence remarked poor service. I do not recommend.

Really a very irresponsible staff..keep on shifting my appointment for nearly 10hrs....from 10in the morning till 8 in night...n didnt give me report on time as it was emergency..will never trust this diagnostic
