I purchased Jupiter from Shree Laxmi automobiles in February. Got delivery on the same day and paper work was smooth. After-sales servicing was also good. Have got done servicing twice. The staff was cordial and they are quite knowledgeable. I would recommend service from here

Very rude with public.Price for servicing is also very high compared to other TVS centers.When I purchase my new Jupiter scooter it was running smooth and fine after first servicing it suddenly become very rough and while riding fell very tight.Iam using TVS product from last 20 years and really happy with performance but due to such service center they are making there name very bad.So TVS should cancel there authorized with such centers.

I went for first ever servicing of my newly purchased tvs Ntorq on 2/5/21 and I went with Fully synthetic oil so my total charge and break up of it mentioned by them is as below:-₹750 (Fully synthetic oil) + ₹318 (engine flushing) + 60 consumable charges = ₹1128/-After servicing I checked my vehicle was operating fine for that day but I noticed my mat clip screw was missing and also I didnt get electronic receipt. So they told me to come after 15/5/21 to get the both and gave me a normal receipt for payment.Immediately after next day of my first servicing I went from Dombivli to Vikhroli on my ntorq for some work (approximately 60km both ways) while going there was no issues, but while coming back from Vikhroli somewhere in airoli my dashboard went off and before going off completely it showed battery sign on it and then after sometime in middle of the road my vehicle went off and was not getting started via self start. I called the supervisor of this service centre and said him very clearly after first servicing this is the issue I am facing. He told me to kick start and after kick start my vehicle started but went off again in the middle of the road this time truck behind me and the same happened twice and after that my vehicle never started even after kick start. So from airoli in scorching heat and with help of few good riders I somehow made it till kalyan fata and was standing there to get help from tvs guys. After many phone calls in scorching heat two guys from tvs Dombivli east service center came and we went to east centre and they fix the battery loose ends due to which my bike was not getting started. I thought my problems are solved but no couple of weeks later I took my vehicle again to Vikhroli and this time new issue came up and it was that my right indicator was not working which is still there and to solve this issue I m going to go in East service center tomorrow i.e on 30/5/21 hopefully to get all the issue fix of my less than six months old vehicle.So guys this are all the issues I faced on my first ever servicing also note they charged me high for oil as one of my good friend got the same oil from Sakinaka branch at ₹570/- and they took ₹750/- from me and I am yet to receive electronic receipt.RegardsSaurabh More

Yesterday I visited to there workshop to repair my TVS jupiter for accident job under the insurance claim they told we will pickup the vehicle from my residence I completed all insurance paper work and registered tje claim but till they didnt call me nor send to there driver to collect the bike I think they have lots work in there workshop they dont need new customers from morning I am trying to call them but they dont have time to recieve the call.better search another TVS dealer never go to the shree Laxmi TVS dombivali worst experience I had.

Do not buy two Wheeler from here, I bought tvs Ntorq race edition from here on dussera on 15 oct 21, they promised me that on delivery number plate also I will get after passing the vehicle but at the time of delivery they have not attached number plate to my motorcycle. After purchasing motorcycle within 2 week my motorcycle battery is dead, when I called them I got response from them either you have kept open your sit or else mouse eaten the wires, as I am checking everyday my sit is properly locked. Next day they sent there staff to take vehicle at there shop the guy who is driving my bike he crashed my bike while riding, after I reached there office and asked him how new bike battery is deadthey are blaming me only that you have opened the sit of bike thats why battery is dead, i told that guy I was checking everyday befor parking my bike that sit is properly locked or not, bcse first time I visited there shop at that time there not a single vehicle got start when I asked him to show me demo. At that time sales person told me due to sit is openned from our worker thats why bike is not getting started. Later on I told them this not a my fault so other guy took my bike to service centre and later on when I reached there they told me its done byMouse. Mouse eaten wire of vehicle. As there are many bikes parks in my society there is not a single incident happened in our society. Service centre guy told me that either you install new wire or else will fixed it temporary.For new wire cost is 5000 and temporary 650.I have done temporary now that is for 650. But I am sure that they have done something in wire so these guys are frauds. Dont buy two Wheeler from here. Sales after service is very bad and there bikes also not of good quality. Please dont buy from here.
