Worst service. Arrogant staff. They think the customer is an idiot and they can behave and talk to them anyhow. Very very poor management. Need to train the staff about their own process and basic etiquettes.

ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE IN ALL. THE DELIVERY BOY TAKE MORE MONEY TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER AT HOME . NOW DAYS THE ARE TELLING TO CARRY THE CYLINDER FROM THEIR LOCATION EVEN IF WE BOOK COD. SO IF A PERSON IS WORKING AND A LADY IS AT HOME HOW SHE WILL CARRY THE CYLINDER TOO THE GIVEN LOCATION. HORRIBLE STAFF AS THEY KNOW IT IS A NEED AND PEOPLE WILL DEFINITELY COME .

I got transfer of gas, it took 3 hours for the process they issued new consumer card but from 25the Jan 2020 the cylinder has not yet delivered in my flat. In office phone the staffs giving assurance Sunday you will get and Sunday if you call delivery boy then they have 1000s excuse. If any one have dealer number please provide me....

Not picking the phones. Not delivered the gas on time its always deley and deley. Poor quality services. I would like to suggest please focus on customer satisfaction.

Worst service delay in delivery and they r charging 30 to 40 bucks extra per cylinder as a tip which is very unethical as if they r not paid salary.... in short bikhari hai yeh agency k delivery boys...

This agency people are not delivery gas cylinder inkalyan west we have booked it 20 days back office staff doesnt pick the call. When gone to office they tell customers to go to go down nd get it. In this lockdown also pathetic

Their landline number is always busy. they just pick up the receiver and keep it aside.their delivery boys have no repect for tohers time and are in a hurry to cancel the booking and return the receipt at office

Online payment results in failure of servicePoor process after digitalisation I suggest to work on some ethics.
