Worst place to live ...for anything and everything you need to ask permission from the self proclaimed MANAGER!! Watchmen keeps an ATTITUDE of an IAS/IPS officer... most people living there does the same Job as a Watchdog!! If you planning to rent a house please NEVER EVER do so.. they treat people staying in rent like you are staying for free!!!Adding the main issue as well you only get water for 45 minutes a day... however if you have good relations with building secretaries you might get water 24*7, if you not in a day 45 minutes that too at night... very frustrating!!!!so think twice before buying a property or renting!!! Also it is no near to station that it’s actually irritating that full day you only hear honking of trains... in WFH if you have to attend calls it’s very frustrating and irritating very two minutes you hear loud honking!!!!!!

Nice for kids to play around. Teenage groups can have a quality time here. People come here for walk and you probably should do.

Gujju, kutchi crowd you ll see, educated people , nicely maintained society, there is a jain temple beside the compound wall of this building which is also one of the attraction for gujju people to buy residence here, society is big, they have small garden in between the 3 buildings, lifts are maintained nicely, they have stilt reserved parking, and for bikes a common parking for all available..

During my college days i had spent lot of time around this place. Me and my friend use to hide out at this place. Platform is directly connected to the area. And people usually use shortcut to get it
