Having a great experience at fitness Funda! Everyone is given exercise according to their body type and requirement, personal attention to everyone in batch. Diet plan is also provided . Trainer is very experienced. Would recommend to everyone.

Experinced only 6 month .......but result awesome...The best part is ...instructer is not only instructer...but ...guide in all the ways...Far better than ...well equiped gym..+ personal trainer...one place ..and we learned all the technique...zumba, power yoga , cardio, weight loss Exercise...so if i have to summarise in one sentence then i will say cheap and best .
We do all types of excercise in 5 days a week everyday for an hour. Exercise like Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, and Specific Body workout. If you are just a beginner do recommend you to join the class and Be Fit. They do have special diet plan schemes too.
Individual monitoring and has variety of activities like Zumba, yoga, cardio and diet tips.
The classes are very nice and teacher teaches very nice
