A very poorly designed 9 hole par 30 golf course. Most the holes are par 3 except 2.Fairways are narrow, however the greens are reasonably fast. The club house is very disappointing.Unless you are desperate to play golf, I would not recommend this course.

Its a Gated Community with ahold course membership for flat and bunglow owners. Once you enter the gates, there is peace and tranquillity. There is no traffic noise. There are birds chirping. The flats are also very good

Lodha can do scams, people of hyderabad are suffering from their poor construction standards. Buy only if they let you visit apartments during construction. Dont fall into their trap and suffer like us.

Good construction but leakage issues in certain houses.

You can go for a short nine hole round. Seven holes are par three, one par four and one par five. Need to inform in advance for caddies.
