Extremely heartless doctors and nursing staff. They have made total joke of words Intensive Care (ICU). Please please please stay away from them if you wish your patient to survive. They act like they have been given target and incentives for killing COVID patients. Cheating and fraud at its peak. Extremely bad. Please check with NMMC war room instead. They have adequate facilities and there care centre at Vashi and Kausa are doing best job at the moment.

Never been hospitalized in my life of 37 years and suddenly got COVID 19 POSITIVE.Specially thanks to Dr. Rahul and Dr. Rizwana, who put much efforts and their skills to bring me UP again with their personal attention and care when I was admitted in ICU for 16 days and even later I had been shifted to a special room. Mrs. Joshi and her team is very much cooperative.Im very much grateful to Dr. UPASANI himself, the professional Doctors, the nursing staff, Bhide for all the cooperation and support in my journey of being Positive to Negative.Im really GRATEFUL TO YOU ALL!!!TREMENDOUS RESPECT TO ALL DOCTORS!!A COVID Negative patient...

Guys seriously Im telling please dont go this patehtic and very bad hospital, its not a hospital its a like jhola chap hospital, they want only money nothing service, no one care, there is ward boy is looking only ICU, Dr. SJ UPASANI dont know how to do treatment, I dont how become a doctor, where from he got the certificate, when your patients is in critical he always hand down and saying please change this hospital and showing attitude with bad manners. Its a totally my experience please guys dont do never ever this pathetic service.

Verry bad staff in front office no sence to use language to front of public.. And patients... Dr are verry good but verry pathetic servies.

Too much costly. I was there for one day in the general room it cost Rs4050 without medicine and medicine cost me Rs3000 for only back sprained. Overall Rs9000 for one day.
