Why there is no option for zero 0 star......Staff member are mannerless have no respect for others they asked me give money so that my work will be done fast and easily or else they will make me stand for hours for my 10 min work because the higher authority are not at work during their office time these people should be suspended

Well kept place. System is good. I went here to get my birth certificate. Didnt take as long as I thought it will. I just filled one form with my information in it and they had it all in there database. Most of the things are computerized. Easy for everyone. I just needed to visit this place twice. Once for the form and the next time to collect the certificate.

3rd class city with 3rd class way

Staff is Manner less, they dont know there work, how to do and which task need to be done on which time, When You visit there for any purpose, they tell us.1. It will take too much time to complete2. No idea, them also when it needs to be done3. Come after some time we are in lunch time.4. Come on monday then tuesday then wenesday all weekdays goes, but we visit per days no solution gets.5. if any question asked them then common reasons - Go to that desk, then next Every desk comes, but not gets solution, Because staff doesnt know what is there work..My suggession is if government do half private sector then this lazyness goes from the staff.I just want to know above points I mentioned its happen with yours, just thumbsup so that i can understood.

Not the best but certainly better municipal corporation. Still needs to be improved. But you can expect your work will be done in minimum time.

Mannerless staff. Do not follow time. Make their own rules. Why arent they Changing? Is this how common people are supposed to be treated?Pathetic, disappointing.

Never since worst services like KDMC. Subhash road condition is totally bad. Since June 2019 they had done 3-time repairing work but the next day road condition very bad. In Subhash road, Dombivli west more than 75-100 Societys are suffering from water issue since last 8-10 day. KDMC stops complete water supplied from last 8-10 days. And they have given the reason they are doing water Pip line work. They are not answering calls.

KDMC office is full of discipline . From inside . But working is too slow .Outside road is totally congested .No place for parking . A lot .Rubbish odd and even system . Is there .Need to have good Facilities ..Beacause not only staff or Minister come ..Civililians also come for there work .So required lot more facilities .

I dont know the office discipline, but traffic discipline is worst in kalyan west area even in Dombivali. Garbage waste you can see everywhere no proper solution on garbage. Despite of this ST depot in kalyan in the worst place I must say it a garbage store. As compare to Pune I dont like to in kalyan.. Frankly. Plz do best to develop kalyan like mumbai..

To make any type of complaint is very difficult as ward no. exact road name may not be known to the complainant. But by description only anybody can not lodge complaint. On line There is no any mail add. for same also hence it is very difficult to lodge complaint

KDMC is one of the important municipal corporation in the state of Maharashtra. Its established by combining Kalyan, Dombivli and adjoining villages. KDMC was Indias first fully computerised municipal corporation. Most part of the town are witnessing big time development. But KDMC is working at snail pace to provide necessary infrastructure at such locations. The office space is well kept. But there are many localities around KDMC which are facing problems of illegal hawkers, lack of cleanliness and specifically lack of public toilets.

One of worst place to live. KDMC not maintaining public property. No control on hawkers. If you want check the sky walk bridges. No good road, traffic issue, parking vendors not charging as per agreement, no proper display of parking charges board
