She has given right advice on the checkup and explained politely.Overall, I didnt have a great experience with Titan eye as I had to replace my blue cut coating glasses earlier due to scratches on one of the glasses and same happened again. This time the store incharge informed the same cannot be changed even though it was within 1 year of warranty. I went ahead with a basic coating and hope it lasts as expected. Anyway The inconvenience was compensated with the right advice.

To be a good employee, you need to be a wonderful human being first. After having a very rough day, who would have thought that a short visit to the store would take me home smiling.Inspite the staff knowing I wasn’t there to increase their sales, politely Manish Pardeshi took my sunglasses and handed it to the worshop magician to get it tightened. Himani Patil was kind enough to introduce me to the new collection and Manish was prompt at answering technical question I had. Jivin Panjwani was just the pleasantly smiling Buddha at the store making small professional talks while I waited.From Meet and Greet till the goodbye, it was a pleasant and positive atmosphere at the store. It took only 5 mins to get me to smile from tired staff probably on their feet all day long.I experienced Best customer service in a very long time.

Good collection of frames, polite staff. In my case there was a Minimal processing time once the order was placed.they even go overboard at times to accommodate orders that need short time frame to be accomplished. They are willing to go an extra Mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.

The Staff is very helpful. They are well versed in everything they do. My mom always prefer eye checkup with Titan, as they make the process so comfortable and easy.
