With reference to Survodaya banquet Hall for wedding services:Service was ok, but the owner of the hall is a very cunning man. If he sees that you have money then he will do whatever he can to suggest unnecessary services. In my marriage he added the shenai services without even asking us and then demanded money to be paid immediately after the wedding when the bidaai was going on. For the food, the first batch was very good but as time went by the quality of food degraded for the later batches and you cant do anything as he takes all the money (100%) in advance before the wedding. The hall on the other end was ok for the price as well as the parking services are good if you planning to bring big buses.

Faced so many issues with returning of the money due to COVID-19 situation as my marriage was planned in March and hall got notice from KDMC and we had to postpone the event. The MD of the company/property was agreed to return after having so many arguments and finally we got money back after 5 months.

Theater is good, clean n full AC..but look like outside town..all the time premices is not really in action..less food options are available here..

Theater is good,clean..but I think its a out of town area..no nearby hotel..rare shops are running in mall...

It is beautiful and very clean. Ample parking is available.

I went there for a wedding ceremony the hall was superb but it is not like mall it does not have any good shops that are just service centres of mobile phones and corporate shops

Mall is have small amount of shops but the theater SM5 is nice better then metro mall inox

Located near Kalyan Railway station. Ambience is not much good.

This hall is very good for marriage and catering service is very good
