Firstly very rude person on call when you have any conversation. In my whole life I have not seen person like having such bad conversation with customer. I visited here for my refrigerator shelf. They assured that They have ordered the product to the company and as the product gonna be available at their place, they will call back. I have given whole payment for the product. Since then today I didnt received call back from there. Now its More than a month. I tried calling but No one picking up the calls..??What kind of service it is ??

I had problem on my samsung refrigerator.visited the s4u enterprise.They have assured to sort out the problem at an early date.due to covid some circumstances are beyond their control even then they have assured to do the needful as early as possible. Since theyre the authorised service centre in Kalyan I think we should also give them some breathing time .

Please do not give your money before you receive any service. Compressor order placed for more than a week . Its still not travelled from Chennai. All you get is false assurances. Avoid and use someone else for service
