Hospital staff is very rude.they dont have sense to how to talk with patients.very unethical way to behave by hospital staff.they are very impolite. Staff behaviour is very bad and rude. Dr is good but staff is way to bad. Dont go to this hospital.

Dr is excellent but staff are pathetic they dont know how to speak with patient and it seems like they r working for a govt firm and we all r depending on them very bad.... Dr if u reading this then u have to settle this or ur reputation will b very bad in soceity so better take care!!!

The worst hospital ever visited in my life. Dr doesnt even care what patient says and she treats as if we take free treatment. She is in hurry and says to visit her husband for few of my complaints. There is no option to give 0 star. She doesnt tell u what are the problems simply keeps on writing & very rude . Waste of ur money & time. And the receptionist is very very rude.

Dr. Sonali is very experienced and polite .My daughter delivery was done in Vatsalya Nusring home. Staff are active when Doctor is present .

One of worst hospital in thane district with impolite rude staff and waiting hall for orthopedic patients is worst with no fans tooo small no sitting arrangements for patients .staff lacks soft skills as far as doctor he seems to be interested in operating patients in such cades where yhe problem can be solved conservatively...request to doctor plsss understand patients conditions financially also instead of owns prosperity.

Dr. Om.chaudhari is awesome... He solves.ypur queries and is confident of his skill and practice...Problem is the staff. Except a few young girls all others are rude and useless. Even the Maushis deny helping you on face at times...the medical services are good but patient support is not good...

Dr. Chaudhari is one of best in kalyan, but horrible receptionist they just dont even listen to you.they should not give an appointment to patient if they do not follow that schedule if you serve first come first serve then dont give an appointment to patients

My mother went there for back pain, doctor said she is ok and punched in lower back 3 times showing there is no problem, now she is unable to wake up from bed, after MRI scan, it shows some minor fracture on spinal bone.
