DONOT SAY YOU HAVE MEDICLAIM!!They are running a scam in the name of hospital. First question they asked (even before what I’m in for) was “do you have MEDICLAIM ?” And I said yesAfter that they made me take all unnecessary medicines in the name of insurance. I had to intervene and check what all were they billing me for.They even said we gave you this medicine when you were asleep and I was sure they were lying.After a long bill , I was notified that the treatment was not covered under MEDICLAIM. And these guys even forged the discharge date in the actual bill they sent for mediclaim.All in all if you say you have mediclaim they will make sure that bill is as high as possible and then they will forge the documents and possibly you won’t get your money back.

Its well maintained hospital billing staff helping patient relatives for saves burden of overbudgeting cash bills at the time of discharge they call us everyday nd gets estimate for maintaining bills amount its very unique idea the hospital charges is also well budgeted..all things are systematically managed..thanking u for giving a proper treatment and make my mother in law very fit nd fine.

Bad experience....Even after 4 days of discharge from hospital no proper report .......no name of lab... address .....rates are high..after all this you will get just a print out on the name of report....If possible discuss with your Doctor not to suggest this laboratory try some other...Thanks

It was horrible experience the hospital is only for empty your pocket the Admin is very rude only for making money will overcharge you for everything per day minimum 20 thousand and they will keep you for minimum 10 days and billing department will harass you for payment now they will stop treatment of your patient and medicine buy from their own medical and they dont give any discount on medicine 10 thousand minimum per day the icu is worst of this hospital Medihope where HELL BEGINS if you want your loved one to die please go to this worthless hospital

My father as well as mother was admitted in this hospital for weeks, a year ago and my experience was good with the staff and doctor. Also the location is good as this is located little inside the main road and so there is less noice, more space outside the hospital.

Today I had visited this hospital for seeking advice in OPD. I am giving this rating for poor safety practices for COVID. Security staff at the gate were not following social distancing, some of them were removing masks and handling them the way they should not, they were not insisting visitors/ patients to wear masks. A very casual approach considering COVID.

It is new and the staff is unco-operative. Keeps asking for money constantly and is very rude for its payments even for few hundreds. No payment no medicine logic goes around. Please dont get admitted here. Also very poor hygiene

It is one of the best hospitals in Thane. All assistant doctors and nurses take special care of the patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Rakesh Lalla and Dr. Parag Misar in case anyone needs specific cure. Dr. Lalla is one of the best doctors for any kind of Neurology or Parkinsons treatment. He takes special care of each patient and makes sure the family is informed on the exact conditions and further treatment. He is extremely responsive and connected with each patient post discharge also. The hospital doesnt overcharge also and makes sure the family and patients are well taken care of.I personally feel my father has been in one of the best hands for his Parkinsons treatment. Extremely grateful to Dr. Lalla and the entire clan of Medihope hospital. They are the best 🙂

Doctors are inexperienced for critical situations with objective of looting patient. For testing patients has to be taken to another centre away from hospital. Very pathetic service. Not at all recommended with my own experience. Medicine are overcharged.

Worst hospital, dr. Visit each patient for 10 mins only. They prescribe most of medicine in that 10 mins and the rest of the procedure is left into the hands of most pathetic and worst nurses. They dont know what the hell are they doing. you can only get real response from dr. When the patient is at the verge of breaking down. Most of the time nurses n other doctors are busy with their chit chat and mobile phones.

Doctors in Medihope are in the form of yamraj and hospital is a mortuary ground for patients.Itz a commercial business for self acclaimed doctors.Patients reach Medihope hospital in the hope of getting better but once u enter the premises,doctors stop giving you hope and ask u to lose all hope of taking ur patient alive.Itz very shameful n disgusting that such idiots claim themselves as doctor.They are simply businessmen who just want to treat patients as their customers and loot them as much as possible.I lost my father because of them.Wont recommend to anyone.Self acclaimed Dr ,named Devendra Dhopte is not only a ridiculous but a heartless n greedy animal.Never visit Devendra Dhopte or Medihope hospital if u wish to see ur loved one alive.Am going to file a case against them.if anyone of u have witnessed same as mine then join hands with me.

The most pathetic experience ever for a single patient they take an hour and least bothered how long patient are waiting......very rude behaviour of the staff....Just another way of making moneyIf they need to see follow up patients some other time can be designated for it.....not when someone is running from office to reach on time and get the regular checkup....Is this the way you guys treat the patient.....and this is not the first time experience this is the 3rd experience....They really take advantage of the patients
