Bad service by workers !! Had to wait for about 30min for purchasing a Single Air pump !! Products are very costly which can be purchased at a very low price at other aquarium shops !!!

I bought a Dog on 18-2-18 from there. He was more than 4 months Old but they gave us saying that hes 4 months Old. And then the dogs condition was very poor. We bought him because they kept him in cage all day and he was quite grown to be in cage. The way he was kept, he had 103° fever and weighed 5.850 kg. And by the way he was supposed to be ATLEAST 10 kgs.And lastly they dont even know his birth date. They were LITERALLY PROFESSIONAL and had no feeling towards the animals they sold. He might have died if no one had bought him. And the way he was behaving, the doctor himself confirmed that he was being beaten up. Even when we went to get him the shopkeeper said- Take it if you want it or leave it, we dont care. Im sure he wouldve left him if no one bought him.Now the dog is healthy and fine but thats just not the way any seller should behave. I know he was being a businessman but still, not keeping the dog properly fed to save their money was not a noble thing (Which Ofcourse they dont care about).Now this review was about the owner, I think and a worker. The other worker was helpful.

Extremely clean and well organized. The owners there was very helpful and attentive. They really take the time and care to quarantine their fish first and not overcrowd their tanks. Their tanks are also the cleanest I’ve seen in a fish store. There was a wide variety of pet supplies, fishes, birds, dogs, cats, small pets etc.

They have pretty good aquariums and some great healthy fishes whether it is a tropical fish or fresh water. Im rating 3 stars just because the guy who was supposed to help us was constantly forcing us to buy or leave since he had to attend other customers. Rates are high but the quality is worth it. Must visit for planted tanks for sure. Only issue is the employee might tell you to rush.
