I had a very good and satisfactory experience with my consultation at Isha Netralaya. The hospital is well managed with well trained and very curtious staffs. The fact that the overall system from appointments, consultation, check ups, counselling and procedure is digitized makes the entire processes very quick. Doctors at the hospital are well experienced and efficient.

Very bad service. Staff not co-operative. Mr. Nikhil is very lazy person. For doing one mail, he spent whole day. Even not picking up customers essential phones.

Dr. Smitesh is a polite and a very knowledge person. He guided us through all the procedures. The management in this hospital is at its best.

All doctors are well qualified , especially I felt about Dr Amit Nene for Retina specialist very young and dynamic person.

Took consultation from Dr.Smitash Shah for my sister & father,examines the case closely & guides the patients ,gives proper instructions.Staff is helpful , calmly handles patients .I have visited their two branches Kalyan & Thane both are good .Bit costly when it comes to consultation but its worth .During this pandemic, required precautions are taken .Overall Isha netralaya is good ,if u have any eye issues ,you can consider to visit their Kalyan branch .

My mom was suffering from cataract in both eyes with level 2, and operation was req in both of eyes and it was done successfully by isha netralaya. The best hospital in kalyan later on my another relative has done eyesight number was very which was successfully treated.

Please dontt just believe on given 5 start rating. They are totally money minded people . I had little weakness in my Left eye . When I visited after certain check up they told me I need to go under laser operation which will cost me 35K. Then I did not visited their clinic . Then I Visited Manav kalyan welfare trust in Dadar . Their Doctor told me I have TB infection in my eye. So I just did normal TB treatment from some good Doctor and I am Totally cured in six month.

My treatment in this hospital completed 2 years, after lot of test and treatment and waste of money, no one told me what is my disease. Dr Amit nene everytime advice for fundus photo, ffa, bscan and etc test, but till date I dont know about my issue.

One of the best Eye specialist hospital I have seen in Kalyan. They have multi specialist doctors there hence you dont need to go to another eye specialist like retena specialist, cateract specialist; they have everything.They accept health policies for major or minor operations. They also provide charity for needy people or for those who cant pay much for big operations.They also provide paid covid vaccination.Overall it was good experience.The only problem is you need to wait a lot there as it is always crowded. Make sure you have 3 to 4 hours free time while going there.

Got my 2nd jab of covishield here, the staff was helpful and the overall vaccination experience was good. The nurse explained all the possible side effects of taking the vaccine and the staff was making sure that the entire process runs smoothly.

I visited this place with my father. We got to know about this place through a relative. The hospital is usually buzzing with patients. On entry, you are supposed to visit the receptionist and get yourself a token. They charge separate fee for consultation by different doctors. Dr.Shah charges you 500 per consultation. They provide concessional rates for Senior Citizens. I appreciate their gesture. The staff at this hospital were courteous and helpful. Doctor is knowledgeable. My father was advised medicine for a month which was available at their In-house Medical Shop. They also have a dedicated opticals shop.I found their services to be worth the money they charge and would definitely recommend this place

I am taking treatment on my mothers eyes at isha netaralay kalyan. Here i saw they are takes care of their patients and staff from Covide19. Here they did good retina operation by their Dr. Amit Nene. He is experienced, elaborative and knowledgeable doctor, before the operation he explained about its effects, procedures and period. I am very thankful of him. I am also very thankful of their Dr Sachin Chavan who initially checked up my mother eyes then guided, helped me to take fast treatment of my mother, one more good thing about him is personally talked with the other doctor who were doing further check up and operation of my mother. They takes follow-up with us on the treatment. Here i would like to write and thanks to the staff and Rabiya madam who helped me in scheduling the check up and operation, also explained us about post operation care. One more good thing is here they give free treatment to the lower income group people.
