I am resident of L.I.G. Mhada Colony Opp. Birla college, Kalyan.This Mhada colony (L.I.G.) is taken by this Patel Group & Co. for redevelopment. But after 7 years also the project is not yet completed.This builder have to money to pay rent to tenants and for further construction.If anyone is thinking to give any project for redevelopment to this builder, then kindly do not consider this builder.

Good one, but little bit late but I dont mind because good and best things came slowly, and construction quality is great ,no one match it in kalyan ,I believe,go for it
