Recently I got some issues with my Acer nitro 5 laptop, which was quickly resolved by a engineer named Swapnil hedulkar from techmate solutions kalyan, He is a very professional guy with his work and I definitely would recommend anyone for getting laptop serviced by him.

Techmate solutions is a service center of boat, acer and other some brands also. I go there for my boat earphone. Firstly I fill online registration form for some details of earphone like what issue occurs, etc. There is a lot of people, so you have to wait in line. I got my earphone very quickly and easily because it is available in their stock. If the earphone/ product of yours is not available in the stock then theyll send your earphones through courier services with in 7 days.

Visited this place for boat headphones replacement. The headphones were replaced within 10 days. Helpful staff. But waited half an hour to receive my product as there was server issue.

Got to visit Techmate Solutions, Kalyan for in warranty boAt earphones. There were few other folks for similar stuff. I was asked to fill a online form to register complaint and then little wait for my turn; they checked earphones quickly and gave me replacement immediately. Replaced earphones looks newish, not sure if refurbished; I did quick check and done. Overall no big hassle but just a little waiting time.

This is boat service center. 1 month ago My boat rockers 255 headphones having a issue on one side of earphone. So I go to this place with the intention of repair or replacement of this product. And I get my replacement of this device.They filled a form from me. After that they want bill copy if your products under warranty. Just take pdf copy of your bill, if you buy from any online site so dont worry they accept it, you just take pdf copy and send to them to email. Email id on the walls and doors of this service center. They check and they gave you replacement of your product or if possible they repair your device. Replacement might take few weeks if not available of your product replacement. When replacement they gave to you they make sure the product is ok or not so you can check it personally. The people are humble and gave you perfect solution. This place is so crowded so you have to wait outside but you get better thing from them. Thanks boat service center to replace my device and your service 👍👍

Called here a day before for my boat headphone replacement, then I got there next day to find out the employee is absent. So I have to get back home and now its been two days & they are not even picking up phone so that I would know if that employee is present.Now Here im stuck with bad boat neckband earphone & bad service.

Worts service. I bought Acer laptop 1 month ago, i was facing battery issue so I requested replair of my laptop under warranty. They took my laptop doing all the necessary documentation. After 1 week i went to get my laptop. I asked them for checking the issue and also update the laptop on latest version. I got the laptop. I went home and i did check the laptop. I was shocked. I checked the login history of my laptop and they did not even turned on the laptop for battery issue and also did not updated to latest software version. Please I request you anybody whos going to service thier laptop newer go to this centre. They just fool you. Newer ever go to this service cebre. They told me that they have checked the laptop thoroughly for any issue. And actually they didnt even touched the laptop.
