Had an issue with the laptop after a month of use and they took care of it from taking it to the service center to dropping it back at my doorstep. Though I was a little skeptical at first since it took longer than usual to get fixed was probably due to the covid situation but in the end, it was rectified and is working normally.

Very very bad experience. I gave my laptop for loading operating system. I got back my laptop in totally non operational condition. Laptop display not working. Checked and found that laptop was not handled properly. The monitor on lifting is now giving a cracking noise which was very smooth earlier. Seems like it was removed and not fitted back properly. After opening and closing couple of times its now very hard to lift and still makes noise. At the time of delivery they said they dont do repairs nowdays , then why they accepted the job and why did they opened it if they dont do repairs. Moreover my clear instruction to them was to only load the operating system and not to temper with the hardware.

Had a bad experience getting my laptop keyboard replaced. While other merchants gave me a guarantee that a replacement for this model is not available in the market, this store kept fooling me around for days and ended up saying its out of stock. My feedback would have been different only if I was not given the 100% CONFIRMATION of getting the keyboard fixed. I was told that they got the keyboard which turned out to be faulty. In spite of that I was again told that it would 100% be replaced even at that point.(My point is electronics can obviously go faulty, but you cannot give false hopes to a customer with such limited/no stock product). The book is only being judged based on the current experience. Please prove me wrong in the future :)

Highly Overpriced! I ask them for quotation for my desktop and they gave me a total pricing of 75000. As I am from technical background, i already knew the market price.
